1. 2. Responsible for the construction of the pharmacodynamics and toxicology department, including team building, personnel training, establishment and improvement of system, establishment and improvement of SOP, and construction and improvement of internal platform;    
3. Responsible for the evaluation, screening and implementation of technology outsourcing CRO projects in the field to ensure the quality and efficiency of CRO projects; 
4. Participate in project research and evaluation。Determine the feasibility and establishment of SOP in the project's pharmacological, pharmacodynamic, toxicological and other biological activity assessment methods; 
5, responsible for patent and IND application materials efficacy toxicology part of the relevant documents;
6. Other work arranged by superiors。

1, biology, immunology and other related majors, with anti-tumor drug research and development experience is preferred; 
2. More than 5 years of working experience in cancer research; 
3, with in vivo animal model operation experience, familiar with various in vivo animal models; 
4. Have a comprehensive understanding of immune-related knowledge, and apply it to the relevant efficacy evaluation and pharmacological analysis of animal models in vivo; 
5, familiar with Elisa, IHC, FACS and other detection and analysis methods, PK, ADA related in vivo experience is preferred; 
6, can bring significant breakthroughs to the existing body platform, with the ability to solve a variety of body efficacy, pharmacology, toxicology and other fields of difficulties。
